• Once implemented, immediately. Yes, I said immediately!! Focus and consistency keep you on track.

How long will it take to complete the course?

• The total video time for the entire course is just under 90 minutes. Each lesson is purposefully condensed. That is because most of the work happens between the lessons. I highly recommend pacing yourself to ensure you are internalizing all that each module is giving you. If you did a module a day you could be wrapped up in a couple of weeks. With that said, I would suggest that a bit more time be dedicated to seriously doing the work and recommend doing this over the course of a month.

Is there a learning curve?

• As with everything, yes. In fact, I dedicate a module to The Valley Growth Curve effect so you know what to expect and how to move through it. This is a transformative process and with that comes ‘undoing’ some of your old ways of doing things. Once on the other side,,,,,it is an amazing fulfilling journey!!
